Jinny has had extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration. She has represented clients in numerous commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, construction, insurance, banking, employment and tenancy disputes. Jinny has handled several cases which have since been reported in the Singapore Law Reports.
Jinny was also a lecturer with Temasek Polytechnic where she taught Company Law and Contract Law for the Diploma of Paralegal Studies. She has also been a tutor for Matrimonial Law and Drafting classes for several years at the Post Law Graduate course organized by the Board of Legal Education .She has also taught part-time for the Post Law Graduate courses and for the Paralegal courses at Temasek Polytechnic.
